First Run in 3 weeks!

I’m really trying to focus on improving my steps per minute (cadence) so that my turnover increases, thus my hamstrings don’t continue to plague me.  My first run back on Friday wasn’t long but it felt good.  Cadence still wasn’t great but from what I hear, this process is a tough one. 🙁
