I thought I’d feel a little fresher considering the time off but the San Antonio hills, 39 degree weather and still tight hamstrings made for a rough run. 10 miles felt pretty brutal on Monday but Dustin and I got it done. I had a great week running in the hill country and am hopeful it makes me stronger! I had little gym access so I had to run smart and listen to my body!
I was able to get in a stairclimber/weight workout Tuesday, a 5 miler outside with Dustin on Wednesday and a 6 mile treadmill run on Thanksgiving morning! What did you doing to stay active on your Thanksgiving break?
